The short version

York Decking sets no cookies, and the quote form is our own, so no form provider stores anything in your browser. The only storage involved belongs to the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Our pages, including the quote form, don't set cookies or write to your browser's storage. The page address, referrer and any utm_ campaign tags are sent with your enquiry when you submit it, not stored on your device.

Other storage from the form

The form does not keep your answers or any identifier in your browser. Once you press send, your enquiry goes to our server and nothing about it is left on your device.

Security check

Spam protection comes from Cloudflare Turnstile. Its only storage is a local entry named cf.turnstile… on Cloudflare's challenge domain, and it serves security purposes only.

The form's security cookie

None. The form is part of this website and sends your enquiry straight to our own handler on Cloudflare, so there are no third-party form cookies.

Why there is no cookie banner

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, essential storage for a service you request is exempt from consent. That covers the form's cookie and storage, which is why no banner appears. Non-essential cookies would need your agreement first.

Tracking

York Decking runs no visitor analytics and no advertising or social media trackers.
